How to place an order

- Once you have selected the $ amount, simply click on the 'Buy Now' button. Make sure your Cookies are set to Medium High.
- You can choose to pay either by using your PayPal account or by Credit Card.
- If you have a PayPal account, log on now. If you don’t have a PayPal account and wish to pay by credit card, click on ‘Continue’

Delivery Options & Fees
There are two ways you can choose to receive your Thai Massage Gift Certificate.
Standard Post: A postage and handling fee of AU $1.50 ( inc. GST ) applies.
Express Post ( within Australia only ): A postage and handling fee of AU $5.50 ( inc. GST ) applies.
If posted on a business day, Express Post Gift Certificates will be delivered the next business day to locations within Australia's
"Express Post Next Business Day Network". Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided.
All deliveries are subject to approval of online payment. Orders for gift certificates placed on business days between the hours of
9am - 3pm (Australian EST) are generally processed immediately. Purchases made outside these hours, on weekends or public holidays may
take up to 48 hours to process. Thai Massage Therapies will not be responsible for late delivery due to postal delays or incorrect or
incomplete delivery or payment information submitted by the purchaser.

What you will receive
The purchaser will receive by mail a thick, double sided gloss paper gift certificate and envelope. The certificate
will include the claim code number, value and validity period. A space is provided for a personal message by the purchaser. The
certificate will include all the information needed on how the certificate can be redeemed.

When purchasing online we can accept payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or PayPal, or if you choose to order
over the phone, you can also pay by cheque, money order or direct transfer.

How to redeem your Thai Massage Therapies Gift Certificate
Every gift certificate comes with all the information your gift recipient needs in order for them to choose and book
their massage experience.
- Simply phone the telephone number on the Gift Certificate.
- Tell us that you have a Gift Certificate that you would like to redeem, quoting the value of the Gift Certificate and its Claim Code Number (CCN) which is printed on the top left corner of the certificate.
- We can then make an appointment time that suits the recipient, allowing them to upgrade to a massage experience of their choice by simply paying any difference on the day.
- When you arrive for your appointment, hand the certificate to the practitioner who will validate it for you. Please note that it is essential that the recipient brings the Gift Certificate with them to the appointment for validation, as without it we will be unable to redeem the Gift Certificate.
- Gift Certificates must be undamaged and clearly readable.

How do I place a corporate or bulk Gift Certificate order?
For corporate or bulk orders of Gift Certificates, please download the order form and

What is a CCN Number?
Each Gift Certificate has an individual identification number called a Claim Code Number (CCN). This number and the purchaser’s information are used
in the validation of the Git Certificate. Your Gift Certificates CCN can be found printed on the top left hand side of your Gift Certificate.

Can a Gift Certificate be upgraded?
Yes, the recipient has the choice of up-grading to a different massage experience by simply paying any price difference on the day.

Do the Gift Certificates Expire?
Yes, all gift certificates have an expiry date. The expiry date will be listed on the certificate and is 6 months from the date of purchase.
But don’t worry, if for some reason you are unable to attend before the expiry, all our Gift Certificates can be extended for a further three
months for a $25 administration fee.

Your Gift Certificate can be redeemed at Thai Massage Therapies which is located at Unit 4/672 Pascoe Vale Road in Oak Park. Thai Massage Therapies
are just 15 minutes from the city along the Tullamarine Freeway or a leisurely 5 minute walk from Oak Park station.

What happens if I cannot attend my booking?
If you cannot attend your massage experience on the date and time you have previously arranged, you are responsible for notifying us no later than
24 hours prior to your booking. You can then reschedule your appointment for another time of your choosing. Please Note:- (Failure to provide the
required 24 hours notice may incur a $20.00 non attendance fee).

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, of course. If you wish to share your massage experience with a family member or friend, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do
everything we can to ensure your guests can accompany you. All additional bookings are subject to availability and will be charged at the normal retail
price of the massage experience.

Can I give my Gift Certificate to someone else?
Yes. It’s fine to give your Gift Certificate to a family member or friend, however, you will need to contact Thai Massage Therapies to make a booking
and provide us with the details of the new attendee. You must also ensure that you have given your gift certificate and all relevant information to
the person participating in your place. Please make sure the new recipient is aware of our cancellation policy.

Can I exchange my Gift Certificate for another massage experience?
Yes. All our Gift Certificates can be exchanged for anything else that we sell. You will be asked to pay the balance if the value of your new chosen
experience exceeds your Gift Certificate's value at the time of purchase. Any credit remaining will be stored against future purchases.

Can I exchange my Gift Certificate for cash?
No. Thai Massage Therapies Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

What happens if I lose my Gift Certificate?
If you have purchased a Gift Certificate direct from our website or over the phone, we will happily issue you with a replacement Gift certificate for
an administrative charge of $20.00.
